You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to close or suspend any Account at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where regulatory obligations require us to do so.
The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform must not be used in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform must be placed by the registered Account holder for their own personal entertainment. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, return-to-player rate on a session basis, or the absence of variance. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. 98pka is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or telecommunications infrastructure. Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your Account, subject to KYC verification being completed to our satisfaction. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one to three business days. Once approved, the time required for funds to reach your account depends on the payment method selected and is outside our direct control. Bank transfers to Pakistani institutions (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others) may take additional business days to clear.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a welcome bonus is available to new Users, it is offered once per registered Account, per household and per IP address. Circumventing this restriction by registering multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.
To illustrate: a 100% deposit match bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement means the User must wager a total of PKR 150,000 on eligible games or markets before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering on games with a high house edge (such as certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate — check the specific bonus terms for the contribution schedule.
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonuses not activated within the offer validity window, and wagering requirements not completed within the bonus expiry period, result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Expiry periods are non-extendable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including through low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform are not recoverable from 98pka. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pka holds its operating licence, as specified in the operator's licence documentation.
